What does the warranty actually cover?
Every chair carries a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering genuine defects in the frame, hydraulic mechanism, and reclining mechanism — free repair or replacement, no fine print.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can pay by Cash on Delivery, direct bank transfer, or secure online payment — whichever works best for your salon.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 business days within Delhi & NCR, and 7–12 business days for the rest of India, after 1–3 days of order processing.
Can I return a chair if it's not what I expected?
Yes — unused chairs in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Anything damaged or defective on arrival is replaced free of cost.
Will I get a proper bill for my business?
Yes, every order comes with a GST tax invoice, so salon owners can claim input tax credit without any hassle.
